Rory’s Walk Marks A Memorable Moment For The Bens
Beann Eadair CLG turned out in force for the much anticipated Rory’s Walk aka Darkness Into Light in aid of Pieta House on Saturday. Rory’s team mates, joined by some Belvo classmates, kicked off the morning at 3.30am with an early morning training session. This was followed by the walk to the East Mountain, where together with Rory’s family, the Bens watched the sunrise and remembered a deeply missed club mate.
To date Rory’s Walk has raised €4,421 for Pieta House and counting…… As ever, this is a huge response by the Bens where pride of place and community spirit walk hand in hand. Donations can be made on the link below
