Proposed Planning Description: The proposed development will consist of :
(i) Construction of a single storey extension to the front and side of the existing Beann Eadair club house (159sq.m), with associated minor internal alterations, and a new 113sq.m patio (external seating area) to the front (north) of existing club house,
(ii) Provision of a 5 metre high hurling wall enclosure with artificial grass surface,
(iii) Construction of a new single storey building (190sq.m), consisting of 2 no. changing rooms, storage area and toilets (female, male and a universally accessible toilet),
(iv) Provision of an open external storage area enclosed by a 2.4 metre high fence,
(v) A new non-potable fresh water well for pitch irrigation and grey water use, and
(vi) All ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development.
