J99 Boat ‘Snapshot’ Crowned Boat of the Year for 2022
Following a busy and successful racing season of Irish Cruiser Racing Association (ICRA) events nationwide, the J99 boat Snapshot in (Class 1), owned by Howth natives Mike and Richard Evans was deemed the clear winner for this prestigious Annual Award.
The season was blessed with good weather for most of the events, which added greatly to the enjoyment of the 109-boat fleet that competed for this award. Snapshot had a great season overall, she finished 1st in her Class in the SSE Renewables Round Ireland Race, she finished 1st in her Class during CD Environmental Calves Week, 1st in the Beshoff Motors HYC Autumn League and 2nd in her Class during the HYC WAVE Regatta. Well done to Snapshot and all aboard!
