Launch of Fingal Development Plan – Cllr. Urges Locals To Get Engaged
The recent launch of the Fingal Development Plan is a wide scale document that is set to determine the development of the Fingal area according to Cllr. Jimmy Guerin. Covering residential development, traffic management and the use and plans for amenity spaces, the Plan sets the agenda on many issues close to the heart of locals in Howth, Sutton, Baldoyle and Bayside.
Presented as a discussion document, locals are invited to get engaged and to provide their views via a number of Fingal forums. “It’s no use complaining after the horse has bolted” says Cllr. Jimmy Guerin who encourages all residents to read the document and provide their feedback so that the final details of the plan incorporate, the wishes and concerns of people in the Fingal area.
