O’Connells Collects Gong At Irish Pub Awards
O’Connells took top prize as Dublin’s Best Tourist Pub at The Irish Pub Awards 2022, which took place in the Mansion House last night. As much a local hostelry as it is a tourist destination, this award was particularly pleasing for Simon O’Connell. “Our team has worked together for many years and all work hard to make O’Connells what it is!” said O’Connell, “That is why it means so much to us that The Irish Pub Awards has announced us as Best Tourist Pub in the Dublin regionals.”
Also at the event was Floor Supervisor Jennifer Murphy who was equally delighted by the news, “It’s great to know that people from near and far enjoy our food, drinks & service! It’s nice to get some recognition for all the hard work myself & the team put in!”
Next up is the final of the national competition and if form is anything to go by, Howth could have an All Ireland winner in its midst!
