Kate’s Walk Of Hope For Cancer Research
Kate Roche took to Howth’s East Pier last Sunday and took on the challenge of raising funds for breast cancer research. An avid supporter of Beann Eadair CLG and with her son a member of the U16 squad, the club got right behind Kate to help blow her 2,500 Euro target and to date the intrepid walker has raised over 5,000 and counting,…………….
Having just finished her own treatment for breast cancer, Kate’s initiative and the response of the Bens is a wonderful statement of positivity, as well as much needed funds for cancer research.
And it’s still not too late to join the cause.
